Catalyst alumnus Soumili Chatterjee has been hired by The Timbaktu Collective – a grassroots nonprofit organisation that works towards the sustainable development of marginalised people across 185 villages in eight mandals of the drought-prone and ecologically challenged Ananthapuramu District in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India.
Soumili was hired during the campus placement at Azim Premji University, Bangalore during her 2 years full time Masters programme in Development at the coveted social science institute.
While pursuing her B.A. Political Science from Lady Brabourne College, Kolkata, Soumili joined the Catalyst training programme to prepare and expand her profile for Masters in professional opportunities with social sciences and the development sector. She passed Azim Premji University entrance test and interview with flying colours!
